Soccer Outline

General Purpose: Soccer is one of the best paying talents worldwide. It is embraced by many people and countries to natural talents and as a source of income to their people.

Specific Purpose: Nurturing talents especially soccer is one of the best thing and investment a country can do (Emmonds et al 2019)

Thesis statement: In every country, soccer is one of the most loved games worldwide. It plays a vital role in unifying a country and the world at large. It is through the soccer spirit that many countries engage with each other in different levels of the game.

I. Introduction

A. Attention Getter: One of the greatest footballers said “There is no harm in dreaming of becoming the world’s best player. It is all about trying to be the best. I will keep working hard to achieve it but it is within my capabilities” (Torres et al 2017). In addition to this, Soccer motivates many people to work very hard on their dreams to be the best of all time.

B. Purpose Statement: For that reason, countries should invest as much as they can to make the dreams of their young citizens who are talented in soccer come true. It is for that reason that soccer should be embraced as a game that unites people and acts as a source of income to people.

C. Credibility Statement: I have always been very keen on why soccer succeeds in some countries while others do not. Investing heavily in soccer makes it to succeed in some countries while in others do not.

D. Preview statement:

i. First, investing much in soccer is one of the steps of making successful soccer in any country.

ii. Second, after investing heavily in soccer identifying the real talents that can represent a country at any international level is always the best thing a country or any individual yearning to start a soccer team can do.

iii. Third, for your soccer team to remain outstanding at any level, and after identifying the real talents, training and vigorous exercises will also boost your team in making it at any level of the competition (Nicholls et al 2016)

Transition: now that we know what we are looking at and the importance of investing, identifying, and training your soccer team to their best, we are going to look at the important significance of soccer.

Body

A. Problem/Need; Venturing into the soccer industry as a source of income may be encountered with challenges as there will be discouragers.

1. Sub-point: identifying the needs of the people especially the soccer lovers are always the challenges and need to be addressed using the relevant authorities.

2. Sub-point: A well-organized teamwork with the best talents in soccer will always give the best results in any given competition.

Getting the necessary skills in running a soccer team helps in getting professional results at any given point of competition.


B. Solution/Satisfaction: identifying the real talents is not the possible solutions to the failure of soccer in many countries, but also the lack of funding

1. Sub-point: When soccer talents are identified and there is no funding and investments in them, the soccer teams will collapse since they will lack the necessities needed.

2. Sub-point: many soccer teams collapse and fail to compete or reach the international level because of the funding challenges they always go through.

When soccer talent identification is made and funding is done in proper ways, success is always on such a team.

C. Visualization: The greatest rewards of being a successful soccer player is that you can play with any of the biggest soccer teams in any country if all the challenges of funding and identifying real talent is made (Marqués-Jiménez et al 2017)

1. Sub-point: heavy investments towards soccer team is that the team or a country feels well represented at any international level.

2. Sub-point: Nurturing soccer talents will lead to individual and country recognition at any level.

3. Sub-point: Improving the playing grounds boosts the morale of the soccer team members at any given point (Ferrari, 2017)

When such is done in good faith, soccer in many countries will improve and the competition will be very high.

Conclusion

A. Summary Statement: today we have learned about the importance of identifying real soccer talents and the importance of funding them.

B. Action Step: The citizens should be in a position of helping the soccer managers and organizations in coming up with successful teams.

C. Final Thought: the need to make all things possible is by voluntarily and acting in good faith by providing the necessary support. It’s part of our life and it’s our talents.
