Hello classmates and professor,

Outline the most significant obstacles to obtaining an education in developing countries. Suggest at least two (2) reasons why education should be a priority in the developing world. Next, propose significant overall strategies - aside from building more schools - that those in leadership positions in developing countries may use in order to help their people escape poverty through education.

A) There are many obsacles that children and families have to overcome when trying to get children an education. One obstacle that they have to face is money. A lot of people in developing countries can not afford to send their children to school. Many of the families benefit more from having the children stay home and work on their farms to put food on the table. Another hurdle that developing countries that they have to over come is not being able to make their children go to school. A lot of children in developing countries find school to be boring and will run away or skip school multiple times. Education should be a top priority in all nations especially developed countries. One reason that education should be a priority is because it gives people the potential to make more money and a better life for themselves and future generations. Another reason that education should be a priority is it can teach them valuable skills to survive. One of the best strategies that those who are in power in developing countries can implement is to make it law that children have to go to school. Some developing countries have already done this and have shown some significant positive results from doing so.

Thank you,

Casey
