RE: Week 2 Discussion

Good Evening Class and Professor, 

After findings that I researched online. One major ruling in the history of America was Obergefell v. Hodges, 2015. This ruling was dealing with the LGBT community, giving the LGBT community the right to marry the same sex in all 50 states. Most people viewed it as offensive to marry the same sex. It was told that it went against morals and the words in the bible because that is not what God would have wanted. Now we fight for same sex couples to be able to adopt a child or for one to bare a child. Also, I believe I ran across a few times that rulings pend on teaching children about LGBT in school if it hasn't been passed already. I'm not too sure on that subject.
