Activity #7 - SMART Goals (10 points)

Instructions

By setting a SMART goal and writing it down, it can help motivate you to make positive changes. In Part 1 you will practice setting goal setting by first listing 3 vague goals and then turning them into SMART Goals. In Part 2 you will come up with a SMART Goal for yourself.

Create a SMART goal for yourself that if you want to and are able can put into action the rest of the semester (4 points)
