· Learned the details of the project from Digitalics Innova

· SMART Team Meeting with the Mentor:

· The whole team discussed two project options that provided from the company, and finally chose the project “Badge Scanner toward Trade Show”.

· Everyone in the team divided the work and get the assigned job

· SMART Team Meeting with Team members:

· Meeting date: 10/25 & 10/26 & 10/28

· Introduced ourselves to the team, and got to know each others.

· Selected the weekly leader and defined the role for each team member

· Discussed about the direction for the project over the meeting.

· Divided the works and assigned the suitable job to every member.

Accomplishments/ Highlights: Leaned the detail about the project and clients need

Next week plan: Start to make the research about tradeshow and industries

Risk: Hard to implement the different surveys questions for different industry.

Challenges: Learn the customer’s buying behavior for each industry and generate the related survey questions.
