Covid-19 has had a very damaging impact on many businesses from large to small. This has hit some industries such as the, hospitality industry, particularly hard. Many businesses unfortunately have had to close, while others such, as the retail industry, have been able to adapt and others, such as the logistics industry, have thrived.

Assignment

For this final research case-study, I am asking you to explore business strategies for adapting to Covid-19. You should start by reading this article - “How to Help Small Businesses Survive COVID’s Next Phase” linked here>>. You can site this and use it as one of your sources if you like, but you should also research and find at least 4 more sources (5 total). Based on your research, describe some general strategies that businesses can use to adapt to covid. Then, focus in on one industry of your choice. Conduct a SWOT analysis – what are some strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for this industry? What are some ways successful businesses in this industry are adapting?
