1. What are key elements of the balanced scorecard approach?

2. How can this approach create congruence between performance management and the strategic plan?

3. In your current, or prior organization, what do you think the optimal order of the balanced scorecard should be? Why? 

4. As a manager, how could you incorporate biblical principles into the process of implementing the balanced scorecard approach in a secular organization?
