Accounting Cost Systems and Cost Behavior - SLP

I want all of you to do well. One thing I see every semester is the penchant to fill a PowerPoint Slide with words and other information. 

Those choosing to prepare a Word document in lieu of using PowerPoint seem to want to fill the paper with words.  This should not be an essay!

Keep in mind, the last thing your audience wants to see is a wall of words. Use your critical thinking skills to hone this to the essence of the topic area. Think concise! After all, isn’t the presentation given when you speak and the slideshow is a support? You are the focus to fill in the blanks, not a slide. I hasten to add, those preparing PowerPoint should keep this in mind. Simple and to the point is better!
