“My Doing Habits”

5% of Final Grade

Be sure to include:

1. Name: Name & explanation of each habit.

2. Define: How do you define or understand that habit based on the learning in this and other units so far.

3. Create: Ideas you have about how you can create a practice or an action step to test out or try the habit. Can you create a goal? What will be your first step? Where will you do it? When and for how long?

4. Experiment: Experiment with one of the habits for a period of 5 days. Then write a reflection about that experience. How was it? What did you learn? How did you practice it?

5. Evaluate: Moving forward, what will you do to develop some being habits in your life? How you will measure growth or success? What further questions do you have about this topic?
