HELP AAAA

Since Chapter 1 is all about the history of performance improvement, our first case study is to choose one of the individuals we read about in Chapter 1 and do some research on them. The definition of a case study is "a process or record of research in which detailed consideration is given to the development of a particular person, group, or situation over a period of time."

Your assignment is to identify the individual, and then to try and establish a 5 yr. timeline on them to see what they did in healthcare to influence what we do today.  

Write your report (timeline) and submit it to this Drop Box.  The assignment should be about 1-2 pages and include references.
