Introduction
Pursuing a family Nurse Practitioner degree has been my final goal since I started Nursing School. The long way that brings me to this point has required severe changes for my routines and substantial personal and familial sacrifices to be a successful Nurse Practitioner. The way we grow inside the nursing profession is challenging, but perseverance and endurance must be cultivated. As an active learner and passionate, hardworking, I set my Master in Family Nurse practitioner as a professional goal and advance my career to reach this goal. The present plant is designed to guide my learning evolution on the master program, identify and describe the support network to accomplish this massive task, and proportionate all the necessary tools for my learning process.
Purpose statement
Thinking positive and been a complaint student is not enough to reach this academic goal. To become a certified Family Nurse Practioner, I need to establish solid networking with classmates, professors, preceptors, and academic advisors to avoid the isolation of being an online student who can interfering with the academic success. The present Professional Success Plan is a tremendous tool to organize academic activities and life in a balanced way. Promoting time for job, family, and school. The success plans help complete all required school tasks, proportionate the equilibrium to deal with school, family responsibilities and work issues in a balanced way. Staying organized, guarantee, pursuing an academic degree in a peaceful environment, and acquiring all the necessary skills to become a responsible health care provider in the future.

Doing my own networking with professional and academic advisors brings me the necessary strongness to learn in the academic environment, to develop a skill set to face professional problems, and can guarantee my succeed as a health care professional and as a health care professional.

The student success advisor is the person in charge of building my path through the whole university process and he plays a unique role in my academic life. The advisor will walk with me through my entire career; he helps me set the schedule that better fit my requirements. He advises me on time about due dates for special notifications and petitions and how to complete those; he determines which instructors would be the best fit for my classes and more. Since my beginning, he is working together with my enrolment advisor to smooth the admission and academic process. This person has the resources to help me be a more successful student. During his first meeting, he clarified my questions and gave me the tools to navigate various academic setting elements. The advisor is my primary university contact, and he can solve different educational and professional issues inside the Walden organization.

Walden University was the option that I select due to the principles and values that fit my educational goals in obtaining my nursing degree. The university and it is nursing professors have an excellent reputation and academic credentials. The Professors are responsible for preparing students for diverse challenges in the nursing field. They teach our class and supervise our student job, give us advice and correction, and bring their expertise to prepare for the Family Nurse Practitioner career path. The professor becomes a pilar of our academic network. They join their effort with me to build my path toward success. The professor becomes the first resource when I have problems in my classes, and they are compromised to us to be a successful team.

The clinical experience is always scary, but when it is done under the supervision of a skilled professional, the student is empowered to act with ethics and professionality. The preceptor plays a role model to the student on the clinical experience. They are responsible for teaching with an appropriate method to help the student meet their learning objectives, also they become a model of discipline and responsibility. I chose my preceptor based on the opportunity that she facilitates in an informal and respectful learning environment. She very listened and gave me constructive feedback for each patient that we discuss together. Her experience provides me with the elements to progressively gain professional independence by applying my skills and knowledge. She gives ethical feedback about my job, and I’m pretty sure she will do the same about my assessment and management skills during the clinical part of the master program.

During the stages of nursing studies and professional development, nurses require Peers' interactions. Networking allows nurses to engage in the nursing profession and enhances professional knowledge diversely. Nurses need to explore the field to develop a support system inside the health care community. MSN students required guidance in many areas and networking possibility the discussion of concepts from diverse perspectives. Networking allows the nursing student to understand better how the health care industry operates and helps establish a solid professional network. Looking for personal networking outside school and workplaces provide new perspectives and new opportunities. The relations setting with people who can help and support us can help meet our career goals and contribute to our aspiration as students and soon-to-be registered Nurses with advanced practice.
