This has increased used of electronic devices and other techniques in the gymnastic centers. The protocols of world health organization on prevention of spread of covid-19 has enhance the gyms organization to improve their serviceability to reach peoples at their homes. Gyms organizations are very vital in maintenance of body fitness and healthy as they help burn unwanted fats in the body. In line with health guidelines to control covid-19, the gyms organization has moved to virtual services to help individuals at their homes to make exercises through guided instructions.

For instance, the current gyms center have Wi-Fi hotspots to enable customers stream different fitness skills on YouTube and other social media platforms. This has occurred due to more demand for fitness and workout by people globally due to covid-19 issues.

Implementation of the current trend is vital though can inch negative impacts to the traditional gyms organizations. The hyper-connected gyms needs to have more technogym facilities like Wi-Fi, YouTube and Skype to ensure customers can continues with social media utilization while at gym (Connor, 2021). Also, the current hyper-connected gyms needs an expert or experienced personnel's to guide new customers to reduce occurrence of accidents while performing some gymnastic activities. Those working out at their home needs to be virtually instructed to ensure they don’t encounter challenges or injuries on their fitness process. These implementations needs to be cooperated both at the organization gyms centers and customers homes. Also, the traditional gyms needs to be improved to the modern technogym and ensure they provide services that will provide customers with best results of workout.

Also, there is less struggle to achieve fitness goals as the equipment is on the clients home ground. This has provided clients with adequate workout time as they can walk to the machine at time they are free from daily course and make more exercise without struggling at a set time. More fitness privacy is also achieved through the hyper-connected gyms as individuals can work from their homes and keep their fitness private and progressive. Hyper-connected gyms helps in time management as clients have to work from their comforts and achieve their fitness goals. therefore, it is vital for individuals to exercises fitness in gyms through the modernized gyms to reduce more healthy complications related to obese and lack of exercises.
