A simulation is an approximate imitation of the operation of a process or system. In the given scenario , user community view would provide the best quality assessment to the simulation as it mainly focuses on a wide area of opinions and examples that can be taken from already existing sources. As mentioned, the zoning decisions are taken based on many factors, including age, race, education, and income status. To assess the impact of zoning all these factors must be considered and an analysis should be made on how zoning would benefit the people living in that area.  User community view helps in having a better idea and understanding the concept of zoning as evaluations can be carried out, an example can be taken from other existing counties and their plan can be viewed. Better ways of implementing existing assessments in other counties can be discussed among certain groups that would help in gathering different views and opinions. Some decisions can also be made by observing how other counties work and what measures are taken. Also, user community view is not just based on existing matters but it also helps to get results from the present. These results are based on the existing factors that one can come across in a day to day life.  Various measures can be taken to improve the lifestyle of the people living in the community by collaborations with the people living in that county and finding out their needs and trying to implement them through discussions and having a review process. A real time benefit can be acquired by following user community view and the quality of the output obtained through this process would be beneficial for people of all ages, race and their income status and would help them lead their lives in a better way.
