While there are some undoubted advantages of Gardening, such as it increases the awareness of Nutrition, understands the importance of the environment, there is also a significant disadvantage, namely serious infections.
Paragraph Plan:
1)The first and most crucial advantage of practicing Gardening has Nutritious food.
2)They know about the cultivation of a different variety of fruits and vegetables.
3)How much amount of nutrients they contain, which helps in maintain the function of the body.
4)It helps them to acquire a cooking skill.
4)Students practicing Gardening will not help them understand the benefits of food habits, but it also increases the importance of the organic diet.
5) A research conducted by TISCH (Centre of food education and policy) at Columbia University found that schools that provide hands-on nutrition learning proved that students eat three times higher fruits and vegetables than the regular diet.
Thus, these factors show that Gardening should be included in the school timetable, which improves healthy eating habits.
