Short Report -- Case Study: Severance Pay

Read the information about this case and perform relevant statistical analysis and write report in the following two phases.

Phase 1 (Proposal):

Please complete following tasks for this phase. Submit printed hard copy report.

Write 1 to 2-pages report and attach your charts. (8% course grade)

Describe the variables included in the case. Identify the dependent variable.

c)

Outline the statistical methods required to answer the questions.

d)

Apply the statistical methods to answer these questions.

Follow all steps required to conduct a complete analysis.

e)

Final conclusions, decision-making and recommendations based on the results.

Remember to focus on the writing as well -- grammar, typos, flow and organization are key components.

Please write report in Times New Roman 12-pt font, single-spaced with 1-inch margins on all sides.
