· Learning Outcome: Recognize, understand and analyze the components of the NOHS ethical code that apply to administration of aging programs.

· Learning Outcome: Explain how the core values of excellence and community are intricately weaved into the long-term care administration.

· Assignment: Select a long-term care trend from chapter 7, 8, or 9. Provide an overview of the trend and how the long-term care industry addresses the issue. Identify three ways a HUS professional could strengthen an organization to combat and/or address the trend. Utilize at least 3 ethical standards in the paper. Create a memo to staff with the action plan to address the trend. Explain why it is important for client care, staff satisfaction, and regulatory requirements to implement the action plan.

· A minimum of 3 peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles and/or scholarly books should be used to support the essay.

· APA documentation is required.

· The title page, abstract and references are not included in the 3-page requirement.
