Moya clinic has enhanced collaborative education by providing internship opportunities to students who are in the field of medicine. Primarily, the institution has data and material through which such student go through for them to become competent in the profession of medicine and nursing. In the internship period, the student interacts daily with competent professional whereby they gain experiences and are helped by those professional in case they face any challenges (Stuhlmiller & Tolchard, 2015). This process, established in the clinic is essential as those who take part in the internship gain skills in the field of medicine.

Moya clinic has more than enough machine, for internship student to gain experience on the procedures of using either software or hardware. Presence of such machinery in the clinic is vital as those in the internship program in the organization become familiar with the equipment’s used in the clinic. Thus, they can even start their clinic. Moreover, the polices in the institution ensure that those participating in internship programs will always priorities on the best care for patients, treatment and management of human, natural, and also the material resources (Sytsma et al., 2015). More so, Moya clinic policies are also significant since patient best care will always be the priority.

For Moya clinic to enhance advisory education, the right and competent person should be recommended to offer guidance. Moreover, the consultant should be motivated and shown clearly on how to solve a specific problem, mainly, when providing this consultation age group should be a determining factor as a person should offer consultation remark to peoples of his/her age group. The material of studying should always be available in the clinic (Sytsma et al., 2015). Primarily, for consultative education to be effectively conducted, data to be used in future references should keep in a safe place where they can’t be destroyed or lost at any circumstances.

Moya clinic should always provide an environment whereby the process of learning can be done effectively. For instances, they should be a set procedure of consulting anything to avoid any chance of occurrence of misunderstanding, since if such condition occurs, then the life of a patient is under risk. More so, the clinic management should ensure that a conducive working environment is always present.

Organization offering healthcare services has machinery which needs knowledge of both the software and hardware, for the clinic to ensure that consultative education on the machine is conducted on the right way, an expert and competent professional should be the one offering such training. Moreover, consultation services should be provided to a manageable group, and the quality of education provided need to be of standard.

Ensuring that consultation education is conducted in the right way, the policies of the clinic should be well stated. Mainly, the process of establishing procedure and policies does not begin, and also it doesn’t end with regulations (Stuhlmiller & Tolchard, 2015).
