The health care delivery system of the united state consists of hospitals, clinicians health
regulators (ie, some are governmental and volunteers) other health providers, buying of health
care services and insurance plans. Regulating and governing the private insurers, the government
should control the insurance product sold to the citizens and upcoming business ERISA should
uphold state health policies like employers' insurance mandate amount reserved and managed
care standards.
Health providers systems should be regulated .the health provider regulatory
organizations and the national nongovernmental should regulate the hospitals and the physicians.
the health providers such as nurses should be accredited by licensing board .the managed care
organizations can regulate the behavior to increase efficiency in their work, furthermore the
hospitals on which this physician can regulate through periodical renewing them
The medical devices and help should be regulated, the FDA should monitor reports and
other effects of the medical devices and reveal the information to the public and health providers,
to ensure the patients are safe and there is a proper use of the devices. Confidence of the patient
should be considered, the personal health electronic information should be safeguarded such that
not every person can access the information.
Public health is very important and therefore it should be regulated .the public health
agencies should protect the air from pollution by the individuals, regulate smoking, fair and clean
housing. Health providers offer the clinical preventive service thorough carrying out test or
counseling to promote the wellbeing of individuals and reduce diseases .immunisation against
diseases is of much help as it aids in the reduction of attracting diseases, therefore the individuals
are safe from diseases .when screening test is carried out diseases that maybe developing is
detected and if it is in its early stage it may be cured .this is of much help to the individuals
.some people.various people engage in habits that affect their health negatively, eg smoking.
councelling is provided to them to help to change their healthy behaviors a clinical disease
develops. through counseling, the individuals can protect themselves from the influence of drugs
which can lead to contracting a disease.
The public health systems require a collaboration of various institutions, which the community in
full, the system that is concerned with health, commercial institutions, and its stakeholders ,
infrastructures provided by the government for public health.The public health prevents
epidemics and the spread of diseases ,protects against environmental hazards ,prevent injuries
,through counseling it promotes healthy behavior . incase of disasters the public health
intervenes and aids the community in recovery of what is lost.it also regulates and ensures that
the health services can be easily accessed and are of high quality, identifies community health
problems through monitoring the health status, it takes the responsibility of informing and
empowering the community on issues concerned with their health. furthemore The public health
system in the united state should implement various changes to make the public health service
more effective.improve and strengthen public health infrastructures to increase the efficiency of
services providing in public hospitals. also, it should encourage the community to partner to
create a new generation that will support communal and personal actions that promote health,
furthermore it should put into consideration the community goal concerning their
health through the development of systems that are accountable in various categories.
The Indian government considers that every citizen has the right to good health, every an
individual has insurance cover. the government ensured that in the year 2008 the poor families
received the insurance cover from the ministry of labor and employment.in India there is various
schemes that provide insurance cover to the people concerned, examples are an employee state
insurance for workers .central governmental health scheme.
Health systems in India include the ministry concerned with health affairs and wellbeing of
families, governmental states and municipal together with local agencies. To protect the patients
and ensuring the healthcare services are of high standard various regulations have been put into
place. state drug controllers ensure that the private health providers at the state level provide
healthcare of high standards. various hos[pitals in India undergo accreditation and approved by
international bodies that provide certificates to these hospitals. unlike other countries, there is a
motion that all graduates should do an exam for the renewal.
The ministry concerned with health in India, carried a health mission nationwide to provide
vaccines against the various disease, they educated citizens on various ways to control diseases.

In the united states health insurance is offered by any kind of a program that aids in
payment of hospital bills .medicare a social insurance program uses resources and spreads the
financial problem associated with medical expenses throughout the whole population so as to
ensure that everyone is protected, furthermore Medicaid a social program, provides insurances
cover to people who can not afford to buy the insurance the Indian health insurance cover tends
to differ from that of the united state .health insurance in this country only pays for inpatients
who are treated in the county. incase one is to be treated outside the country, the patient does not
benefit from the insurance cover. the Indian population is very high making it difficult for health
care to be provided to the citizens easily. however, the Indian government has tried to expand the
insurances concerned with health, to reduce the poverty line in the country.in India, the ministry
of labor and employment provided insurance cover to individuals that are poor and can not
afford to buy health insurance.
