Title page should have:

Business name

Slogan and/or logo

Your name

Class and date

Paper can be any length according to detail, but at least 8 pages at a minimum for this assignment.

Outline of what I would like to see:

· Summary

· What is your business and why will I buy it

· Why are you the one to run it

· Your business model (how will your idea turn into $$)

· Strategy to compete (Industry analysis, competitor analysis, Porters 5 forces)

· Legal form of ownership

· Marketing plan

· Location analysis

· Human Resource (employees)

· Financials (break even, forecasts, income statements)

· Plan for growth

· How much do you need and how will it be spent
