Subject: Failed BreathEZ Inhaler
Dear Shareholder,
On 22nd September 2022, as you may have already heard, we learnt about an incident
where a 21 years old asthmatic male attempted to use his BreatheEZ during an Asthma attack,
which failed. Luckily, 911 was called, and the patient is stable in a local hospital. The Chief
Resident at the hospital where the patient was admitted called our customer care department to
complain that the BreathEZ inhaler did not contain the active ingredient, which led to the
situation.
To uncover the cause and scope of the issue, we have launched a vigorous investigation
that will only end when the problem has been identified. Employees from the quality assurance
department are heavily engaged in assessing the products and establishing if the situation is a
particular case; it is widespread in other BreatheEZ products.
We highly recommend that if you know anyone using the BreatheEZ inhaler, visit any of
our stores around them for a quality assessment of their BreathEZ inhaler. This precaution
ensures that the problem does not happen to anyone else and puts their life at risk.
At this moment of uncertainty, I wish to thank you for your continued support, and we

soon we conclude the investigations.
