Judgment is the ability to make considered decisions or come to a sensible conclusion. A good judgement is considered to be of given some credentials[this statement is unclear – words “of given some credentials” are what’s unclear](Benzel, 2019). It includes giving it priority, meeting deadlines and having a careful planning. These entitled entities are the most considered as the gross judgmental preliminary stages is[this sentence is unclear too. Change verb “is” to “are”] concerned. It enables one to effectively cope in difficult and stressful situations. In contrary it is the fact that not all judgments that[take out word “that”] follow the same strategy, thus making decisions which fail to consider the future can lead to high level of stress when rushed [this sentence is also unclear – you aren’t saying what you mean] (Benzel, 2019). The dangers of being judgmental in consideration to making judgments[take out words “in consideration to making judgments.” Change “is” to “are”] is, it has a diverse effect to our health. It makes lots of negative impacts to our health if not controlled.

The more you judge others, it becomes more reversed towards oneself to judge more. It becomes more obvious to judge others. It makes us judge more of ourselves by constantly looking for bad in others (Steinberg, 2021). Seeking the more trailers [what are “trailers”? Unclear] of their wrong deeds, we constantly train our minds to find the bad and it may lead to increase in stress. Scientifically, stress can weaken the immune system. It became more diverse state[unclear: “it became more diverse state” – what does this mean??] since the weakening of the immune system leads to high blood pressure (Steinberg, 2021), which is a more[a more what? unclear] effect to the human body. Most of the fatal deaths in the world, are caused by the stress that leads to more depression of the human mind. It [use word “Stress” here] can also lead to anxiety, fatigue and even stroke. These health problems have made a greater statistic of people losing their lives. Though it takes great effort to see the good in others and in ourselves, positive thinking can be a better way of avoiding being judgmental. The fragments created in the heart of being judgmental make the human body not be at ease, thus leading to most the adults being advised to seek therapeutic assistance to reduce the effects of being judgmental over petty things that look so negative on someone.[this sentence is too long and muddled and unclear].

Depression has led to most of the people in the world be in depth of being judgmental. It makes most people make decisions that aren’t secure to the lifestyle they really live. The fracture it creates in the brain makes the decisions made over particular incidences become a redactable dissolution. It makes someone overthink over particular simple incidences that aren’t to be thought of to some limits. Such judgements make most of the people develop fear toward particular events (Benzel, 2019). This makes them live with myth about certain situations such as believes. It makes the people from generation to come to have the problem of deciding beliefs such as marrying from different clans. This makes the youths find the decisions more complicated from the parents’ beliefs of the fear of bringing a curse to the family.

Other effects of being judgmental,[a very awkward sentence --not sure if this is a comma splice or what but a semicolon here instead of a comma would help] it makes one shy away. When people realize that you are so judgmental towards every particular scenario actions [what are “scenario actions”? unclear]of them, they automatically take a step back from you. It makes them become wary of you and always choose what to share with you. They always think twice before sharing anything meaningful. Thus, it makes you become socially isolated from others including your friends (Weston, 2015). Social isolation can increase the risk of death anywhere. If one is lonely, there are plenty of thoughts that arise in the mind. Most of the isolated colleagues are being more personal[so if you are isolated you become :personal”? Huh? Unclear] and it is leading to high blood pressure. At most occasions the friends try to discuss about the type of conclusions and decisions you make. This in most occasions lead to suicides. It has vastly affected the youths. Being judgmental is shown from the personality of friends being away from you, leading to inflammations[explain – where are the “inflammations”? Are you referring to disputes or to bodily processes?] which lead to deaths on most occasions.

Being judgmental makes the fear of conducting various activities in life. Being in a state of judging out everything you do makes the mind not be sure of what is really the best for you in life. The ability to think upright when doing certain caricatures, is mere essential.[this sentence is unclear and hard to understand]. The mind being very judgmental makes the ability to have the strength of what you need in life become more difficult (Weston, 2015). The inability of deciding what you really need for life makes the brain to be damaged of [“damaged of” or damaged by”?] ambitious thoughts you had before. This effect may make the success someone had in life be of worry of what they really need to do to be successful. It makes them become more sensitive on the most negative parts of particular success in life. Its[what is “Its” referring to?} consideration of the negative part in life makes the brain to be oriented towards it, making them not see what really can come out from their struggle.

Being judgmental leads to a stunt [rephrase: “limits personal development” (not a stunt!)] in personal development. When you point a finger at someone, you are pointing back at yourself.  Many people turn to criticism of others instead of focusing on how they can improve (Papapicco, 2019). It’s much easier to blame your partner for being touchy than to accept responsibility for your hurtful words. There’s another factor too; some people find fault in others because that makes them feel okay with themselves (Papapicco, 2019). If you cannot see where you need to improve, you can never move beyond your present state. The inability to withstand the tragedy of the increased access of oneself judgements, makes the body toxic towards the informal self and to the next party. Thus, leading to mental disorder, hence death.

In conclusion, being judgmental is something that happens across the world in all aspects of life. Being judgmental, in most cases, says alot about the character of a person which in most cases, is because of their individual insecurities. In most cases, a person that is judgmental displays the same characteristics they claim to dislike (Papapicco, 2019). For instance, a judgmental person tends to say they hate people who are judgmental. To avoid this kind of behaviour,[you are using British spelling – spell it “behavior”] one should try to understand why someone is the way they are or why they are doing something before making conclusions. Being judgmental of both characters, Goodman Brown and the grandmother made their lives more difficult as they ended up missing the qualities that are good about the people they were judging. They also ended up causing unnecessary suffering and pain to others and to themselves.
