Your presentation should follow these guidelines:
o Each slide should be self-explanatory. That is, the reader should not have to guess meanings or read between the lines. This is a key difference between a slide presentation with a live presenter and a slide presentation without any oral narrative, as is the case here. However, do not be “wordy.” You should use bulleted material when appropriate.
o Include graphics, interesting background, and appropriate, large font.
o The slides should detail the highlights of the interview (NOT A TRANSCRIPT OF THE INTERVIEW). Make the presentation interesting for the reader, providing only the salient bullet points.
o Most PowerPoint Presentations are between ten and fifteen slides, and include but are not limited to:
· An introduction/background slide
· His or her servant-leadership influences
· The interviewee’s description of their servant-leadership approach
· Challenges to his/her servant-leadership , & how s/he resolved the issue
· An explanation of how servant-leadership is disseminated throughout the organization
· Corroborating research from the Brandman University Virtual Library on a few slides
· Lessons learned over the years
· Advise for emerging servant-leaders
· Concluding statements
· Reference slide
