Sentence Errors Practice

Each sentence below contains a mistake in sentence structure. Find the problem and name it. Then rewrite the sentence below it to make the correction. The error could be a fragment , run-on , comma splice , or subject-verb agreement error. The first one is done as an example.

Ex: __ Fragment _Toys of all kinds thrown everywhere.

Example Correction: Toys of all kinds were thrown everywhere.
