Part 5: Final Paper
Assignment
Use your work from this semester to put together a final paper, and conclude with a summary of how the work you analyzed is an example of the art of its culture.
Format
A template has been created for you to use. This is a separate file found in the same folder as these instructions. Download the template, and then follow these steps:
1. Replace the name, course number, and date in the heading and page header with your own current information.
2. Insert an image and caption information for your artwork as you did on the Formal Analysis.
3. Replace the paragraphs of text with your own Formal Analysis, Cultural Context, and Summary sections.
a. Do not just paste the same work as before. Include any improvements and additions as suggested by the instructor and your peers during earlier parts of the project.
b. Leave the titles and section headings the same.
4. Replace the sources on the Works Cited page with the ones you used.
a. All sources should come from the course modules or library Research Guide.
b. Make sure you use MLA format to organize the information. A web link alone is not a citation. (See the samples below.)
c. List the sources in alphabetical order using whatever word begins the entry, but if the entry begins with “A” or “The” then skip those and use the next word.
5. Save the document with a new file name (Lastname Final Draft.docx or .pdf).

Submission
Upload the paper under Part 5: Final Paper in eCampus by the deadline on the course calendar.
