1. Submit final Project Quality Plan (sections 1 thru 9) for your assigned semester project using the Project Quality Plan Template provided in the Semester Project folder. A summary of the sections follow:

Section 1 = Project Overview – corrections based upon feedback from the instructor must be applied

Section 2 = Specifications/Standards – corrections based upon feedback from the instructor must be applied

Section 3 = Quality Tools – corrections based upon feedback from the instructor must be applied

Section 4 = Quality Assurance

Section 5 = Quality Control

Section 6 = Roles and Responsibilities

Section 7 = Issue Escalation Process

Section 8 = Quality Plan Action Log

Section 9 = Appendices – this section should include copies of forms, checklist, processes, and tools mentioned in previous sections
