Summary of strengths:

The major strength that I possess is professionalism. I know how to maintain boundaries with colleagues and patients. I ensure that I act with professionalism. Moreover, I ensure that I do not judge anyone when practicing and especially the patients. That enables me to remain ethical. I also have the strength of discerning the difference in symptoms of different mental illnesses. 

Opportunities for growth:

I feel like Selecting and implementing appropriate screening instrument(s) and interpreting results is one of the areas that I need to learn more about. I should also learn more about the symptoms and signs of the different mental illnesses.
