U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission:

U.s Security and exchange commission also abbreviated as S.E.C. is an independent federal agency in the United States of America. Franklin D. Roosevelt founded it in 1934.

· Role of U.S. S.C.E.:

The role of S.E.C. in U.S. A is based on three rules. These rules are the following:

1. Protection of investors in U.S. A

2. Ensuring and maintaining orderly, fair as well as efficient markets in U.S. A

3. Facilitate capital formation.

· Responsibilities of S.E.C. in the U.S.A.:

This agency has the following obligations:

1. Interpretation and enforcement of federal securities law

2. Amendment of existing rules and issuance of new regulations

3. It also inspects security firms, brokers, rating agencies as well as investment advisors.

4. It also inspects private organizations in the fields of security, audit, and accounting.

5. It also coordinates U.S. security organizations with foreign, state and federal authorities.

· Entities that work under S.E.C. U.S.A:

Apple Inc. Inc and General Motors, McDonald's corporations, Wal-Mart, Berkshire Hathaway, Exxon Mobile, McKesson, United Health Group, AT & T and Ford are some the prominent companies that work under Securities and Exchange Commission U.S.A.

U.S. Environmental protection agency:

United States environmental protection agency also abbreviated as E.P.A. is an independent agency that works for the protection and safety of the environment. It is an independent organization founded by Mr. Richard Nixon in 1970.

Role of E.P.A. in the U.S.A.:

1. The primary role of E.P.A. in the U.S.A. is to stop the business and industry from polluting environment.

2. It also presents the paid programs for spreading awareness among the general public for the safety of the environment.

· Entities handled by U.S. Environmental protection agency:

E.P.A. handles Sierra Club, Green America, Rainforest action network, Surfrider Foundation, World Watch Institute, Wildlife conversation society, and National Audubon are some of the organizations that work under E.P.A. in the U.S.A.

United States Department of Labor:

Occupational Safety and Health Administration also abbreviated as OSHA is a governmental organization. It was established under occupational safety and health administration act. Congress proposed the idea and was founded under the administration of Richard Nixon in 1970.

· Role and responsibilities of OSHA:

1. The safe and healthy working environment for working men and women.

2. Setting and enforcement of standardized environment, earning and living for labors.

3. Provision of training, outreach, education, and assistance.

Entities handled by OSHA:

American Federation of governmental employees and American Federation of school administers are working under OSHA.

U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission:

U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission was founded by united state congress in 1972. It is an independent organization that works for the safety of consumer products.

· Role of U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission:

The purpose of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is stated in the proceeding lines:

1. The primary function of CPEC is the safety of the consumer product.

2. This agency promotes the safety of consumer product by pointing out unreasonable risks of injury.

3. It also develops uniform standards of safety.

4. It also researches product related illness and injuries.

· Responsibilities of U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission:

1. It works for reducing the rate of injuries and deaths by consumer products.

2. Development of voluntary standards with industry.

3. Maintenance of mandatory standards and issuing the list of mandatory standards.

4. If products do not maintain the prescribed standards, the SPSC U.S. Banns the product for public usage.

· Entities handled by SPSC U.S.A.:

General Mills Inc., Smithfield Food Inc., Kraft Food Inc., ConAgra Foods, ABInBIV, Coca Cola, J.B.S., Nestle, Tyson Foods and Pepsi Co. are some examples of that work under the rules and regulations offered by SPEC U.S.A.
