Citation and Plagiarism FEEDBACK

When you use sources in your writing, those sources should be cited in two places: the works cited page and within the text when information and/or ideas from the sources are used. Be sure that you only include sources in the works cited that you use and cite within the paper. Also, it is important to make sure that any time you use the direct wording of a source that you not only provide an in-text citation of the source but that you also put that  wording in quotation marks. Check the Research and Writing Assistance content module that explains this requirement in more detail. Another link i have included in the content module is one on how to read an originality report on Turnitin. When you view you the originality report in the folder where you originally submitted your paper, you'll see that there are places where you need to address several citation issues, remembering that work, outside of common phrases and wording, from a source that is highlighted must be either paraphrased and cited with an in-text citation or put in quotation marks and cited with an in-text citation.
