Milestone Two is focused on using sociological information to conceptually analyze your workplace problem. Your sociological analysis will include a micro-level examination of social issues involved inside the group, and a macro-level examination of related social issues occurring within the organization where the group is located.

Prompt: Submit a 3–4-page draft of your Application of Sociological Theories and Concepts, addressing all critical elements from Section II below. In this milestone, the sociological analysis of the root problem underlying the workplace situation (as described in Milestone One) will be presented.
