Before conducting the experiment define the steps of the scientific method:
Before opening the bag write your hypothesis for the following questions:
How many M&Ms in total will be in each bag?
How many of each color will be in each bag?
Describe each step taken via the scientific method. Remember that research is a part of the scientific method.
Attach a picture of your experiment in the document that you submit.
On average how many M&Ms were in your bags?
What do your results reflect in regard to variation?
Why are multiple trials important to the scientific method?
