Explain (in 1 or 2 paragraphs) how your use of the resource impacts the environmental issue you have chosen

Pollution of water sources has a particular influence on the environment. Water is an essential component of the ecosystem, and when it is polluted, it might affect the air, soil, and plants that rely on it. For instance, in a stagnation of wastewater in an open space generates a foul odor, leading to inconveniences for those living in the locality. It is ascertained that the more we use resources leads to provoking, which is often irreversible to the ecological change, which might affect our environmental issue. Extraction of non-regenerative raw materials can involve large scale influence on the ecosystem, which results in water pollution and an effect on the population. It is also clear that the use of resources in the extraction and production of renewable resources might involve energy and chemicals, which translated to water pollution. Transformation of a land might lead to affecting the whole system, which destroys the water hence causing the pollution to occur.

Moreover, the extraction of raw material into the water and processing might influence water pollution. Global warming and damage to the ecosystem are some of the other resources use wh an imp on our environmental issue. The idea of improper products might provoke noxious emissions, leading to water pollution though it might be taken for granted in most instances (Haseena et al. 2017). In the end, recycling might need energy, and the use of waste for the energy might generate greenhouse gases that pollute the water, leading to Greenfield land being occupied by waste dumps, which affects the water. Disposal of waste into the water, especially from firms, might significantly impact water pollution in many areas. This impact is brought mostly by human activities. Release of excess pesticides and fertilizes into the water system might pose for water pollution, especially for the users when it is being released into the environment/region where people are using for their daily consumption (Haseena et al. 2017).

Discuss (in 1 or 2 paragraphs) whether your use of the resources is typical of U.S consumption rates and how your personal use rates globally. Support your discussion with scientific facts.

My use of resources is typical with the U.S consumption rate. First, as we focus on raw material production, people in the United States have reported abuse of severe human rights violations based on ecological damage. It is an issue that has provoked the drinking of contaminated water. Other consequences with my use of resources are how companies are suffering, which is brought by contaminated water. In raw material production, the U.S department on the issue of resources has to ensure it has intrastate conflicts that minimize the life cycle that might occur on water pollution. Water pollution can harm human health, which is an unmonitored issue, especially with the use of fertilizers and pesticides. Overall, water pollution can lead to the destruction of firms and human life.

List all possible alternatives to lessen the use of your resources

The best alternative that can lessen the resources used above is to have sustainable and transparency issues and strategies to keep the water safe for consumption. It is an issue that has reasonable bounds and programs which liaise with the laws set on interest of change and can participate in aims of promoting the efficient sources of water consumption. There is a need to introduce some initiative that has the interest and objective of making the resource use effective. This might certify on change in the production of abiotic and biotic raw materials disposed into the water. Lastly, it is has a moral suasion. It prevents the influence of choice made and effort that people make in polluting the water. There is a need to appeal for a tactic that considers minimal reduction in activities related to pollution of water (Denchak, 2018).

Discuss (in 1 to 2 paragraphs) the changes you would consider making to lessen your impact on the resource

Based on resource use, I would consider minimizing toxic chemicals' disposing to water like pesticides and fertilizers. Disposing of chemicals has been a significant issue of concern based on water pollution. There is still to recycle some of the disposal that contaminate water, which is done through the collection in a particular region before they are disposed of. Again there is a need to support environmental charities and efficiency as it will reduce the resource use we have discussed. It is an active idea that works only when the changes are implemented.
