Planning Document Issue Check-In

My issue:

The issue I have selected to investigate is GMO (genetically modified organisms). We need to be aware as a society as to what we ingest in our bodies. This brings interest to me because I would like to know if there is any long-term side effects from any of the foods that contain GMO's. I have been trying to convince my family, as well as myself, to eat more healthier. As we begin this new journey I have started to read more into as to what is inside the products that we are ingesting in our bodies and what is inside of the foods as well. It would be very interesting to know if there are addictive ingredients in the foods that contain GMO's.
