Example Submission

This article is about whether CrossFit training is related to positive psychological functioning as defined by well-being, self-esteem, body awareness, satisfaction with body image, and perceived body competence. The participants were Norwegian women and men who did CrossFit exercises. The findings suggest that CrossFit was not significantly related to any of the higher levels of psychological functioning.

My research topic is about the possible correlations between engagement in CrossFit exercise and depression and anxiety. This article is topically relevant and it can be a model for my methods section.
