Performance Overview
Area Homes measures the timeliness of housing repairs. All repairs are placed into one of two categories, urgent and normal. There is a target to complete 95% of urgent repairs within 1 working day and 95% normal repairs within 20 days – both performance values are measured quarterly to ascertain achievement against target. This is typical of the data provided to Liz.
