Help needed

A novice supervisee has just started at an agency and the supervisor realizes they are struggling to exhibit immediacy with their clients. When the supervisor brings awareness to the issue, the supervisee expresses some fear behind their hesitance. They state, "What if I am wrong?" and "I do not want them to be upset with what I say."​
