Mission and Vision
The SAS company shall get provided with effective direction once it implements a productive structure which connects to all company departments. Handling the company’s mission and vision is crucial since it aims to perform high standard data management activities using the current software advancement techniques. The company’s mission is to provide customers with a reliable data management process by researching on all their software requirements to provide a structured approach of finding out data insights suitable for business development. The vision is to create an organization culture where employees would produce high output for improving the company’s operations.
Strategic Management Plan
SAS shall perform effectively by performing research of the data management industry to determine how clients require their data to get stored. The initial research shall provide analytic solutions that would structure the company to operate in accurate methods that would impact customers. To ensure clients receive proper support and reliability, SAS handles all their data analytics procedures by promoting activities suitable for their fees and in this way, it becomes possible for the SAS analytics process to create reliable data management.
Organizational Culture
SAS ensures employees get managed using frequent training and assessment sessions that promote reliable work output. It becomes possible for employees to learn about client needs during their research process and this contributes to the SAS company creating suitable operations that are also financially feasible. Employees are focused on since their diverse expertise provides the company with a reliable method of submitting changes that are structured to create profitable outcomes. SAS performs an integral technique of collecting information that can increase connection with clients from employees’ who are conversant in customer assessments.

The company applies a system thinking technique which collects insights from all employees and stakeholders. In this way, the decision-making procedures becomes accurate for the company and promotes factual operational techniques. SAS ensures to perform data preparation which offers a basis process of performing analytics in the company. It becomes possible to create a structured business rule management process which incorporates real-time access of information. All these methods would promote a productive structure for data governance as the decision-making procedures incorporates reliable management of all data to create profitability.
Principle of Ethics
SAS ensures accountability gets involved in the operational environment by constantly enhancing positive employee relationships. There is an accurate method of creating ethical activities since managers get involved in the SAS company environment to ensure employees do not violate the company’s code of ethics. Ethical operations require employees to ensure confidentiality, ethical accountability, inclusion of employees with diverse backgrounds, and reduce any conflict of interest by ensuring employees eliminate personal activities from their work (SAS, n.d.).

SAS continues to grow due to diversity and inclusion which allow the company to access talent from all types of employees. SAS provides clients with high standard support since all internal company activities get provided with factual insights and high standard expertise.
