I think that before researching, developing, and utilizing a job description, one should have thought about what type of job they are planning on creating and what tasks, skills and education may be required to perform the job. Once one comes up with what they would like, then start researching comparable jobs, and develop a job decription to put in use. This process is very important because without this process you will continue to get unqualify employees that will be let go over and over.I have used in in my past and current position to align myself in the job that was right for me, where I met or exceeded the qualifications (a lot of times I didn't meet what was required but I had the confidence to know that I could do the job).
