1. How can the NFL remove stereotypes regarding African American managers in addition to enhancing the Rooney Rule to not only ensure that minority candidates are interviewed for managerial positions, but that they are also considered the “right person” for the job?

2. What can the league do in order to justly punish players who commit an act that deserves repercussions, and how do the punishments differ from one another depending on the severity of the accusation and the number of times the player has been accused of such an act?
