Define TAM and its components
TAM is a model developed from Reason Action's theory with the primary function of describing a person's Information Technology Acceptance Behavior. The model explains an individual's behavior using intentions. Two primary components are used under the TAM to describe individuals' IT behavior. According to Taherdoost (2018), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a theory of information systems that model the way users accept and use a given technology. The actual system use is the resultant point where everybody is required and needed to have an ability to use technology and structure a behavior intention that is the crucial factor that directs individuals to use the technology. The BI that is the Behavioral Intention, is the driving factor leading individuals to use the technology. The BI is therefore affected by the attitude that makes the general impression of the technology. The model suggests that when users are given new technology, some factors impact their decisions on how and when they will finally use the technology
