I would state that yes, I concur with how specific leadership behaviors would help us improve and support the presentation of the individual, gathering, and authoritative level. At the individual level as the representative, the leadership that is being utilized is the value-based leadership where the individual is given certain advantages, advantages, or anything in return to improve the presentation of the person to a specific level as we probably are aware as an individual what that work would require and how we can give them the equivalent to development.
Finally, at the hierarchical level, we would improve all the representatives in the association to pursue one objective and one mission by utilizing transformational leadership and causing them to see that it is so imperative to work and accomplish the mission, objectives, and systems of the organization so you would have the option to accomplish the most astonishing aspect your objectives and manageable advancement as well.
Two types of innovation and their definition of these concepts and offer an example of both
Process innovation :
Process innovation has been the variation and improvement of a current process to expand viability, do the process in less time, acquiring the equivalent or better outcome.
Example: In this case, we can reference the Henry Ford sequential construction system that changed the car business as far as we might be concerned and, in any event, being a reference and model for different enterprises.
Product innovation
Product innovation would improve a product by adding new users to it, improving its exhibition with different materials, making it more open to the general population, or making another product that plays out a similar capacity as another yet in an alternate manner. More proficient and agreeable.
Example: In this case, we could name the utilization of cell phone cameras as bar perusers, QR codes, or even a content scanner. This is not An essential usefulness they were made with; however, it is AN another valuable methodology for clients' numerous events.
