Notes: Friendship plays a significant role in supporting one’s career. xxx being one of my fellow instructor and partner throughout my BSN program, xx will be mentoring me throughout my MSN program. Recent Gallup survey (Gallup, 2019) found that college graduate who had encouraging mentors were more likely to have higher reports of well-being the experience plays a good role in my Academic network. Besides, xxxx will continue to be part of my journey as we practice nursing professionals in sharing ideas NURS 6003 Academic Success and Professional Development Plan Part 1: Developing an Academic and Professional Network.

Notes: I choose xxat the American Nurse Association for his excellent reputation and extensive career activities that will shape my MSN program career. ANA has a great mentorship program which will help me connect with others while providing nurses with continuing education and certificate opportunities because the medical field is always changing becoming a member of ANA will keep me update on the most current evidence-based practice.  (Laureate Education, 2018). However, their passion and commitment make them an integral part of my success.
