The objectives of Skinny Mate, Inc. will be implemented as a daily routine to increase the overall performance of the company. The first and most important responsibilities of the company lie within customer satisfaction, benefit utilization, increased net revenues with 24 Hr. Fitness, parent company, and achieving financial stability. This is done by calculating the operating cost, earnings per share, growth revenue, the return on investment and capital.
The financial perspective covers the objectives of finance and allows managers to track this success along with shareholder value.
Customer Value Perspective
Shareholder value perspective deals with the overall customer experience. Our customers determine the success of the company. It’s the important role in the grand scheme of the strategic plan. Skinny Mate, Inc. feels it is very important to survey customers taste to monitor brand value in the market. The more the customer is satisfied and engages with the company the more of an increase in brand image in the market-noting consistency in the value and quality of the product.
