Purpose:
The purpose of today’s teaching session will is to learn some new ways to become more physically active in your daily life.
Today’s goal:
Let’s learn and practice new ways to be physically active and make a plan for tomorrow’s fitness.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the teaching session, you will:
1. Identify three benefits of exercise for everyday health.
2. Demonstrate three types of exercises that they can do without and verbal guidance from the nurse educator.
3. Create a plan to become more physically active at least three times per week.
