I was looking for job near Sulphur spring and I can see a job available for Front desk agent over there. Having a family hotel business and already working there for 4 years has help me a lot regarding organizing stuffs, dealing with customer and handling stuff in professional manner. Also, I do have a G.P.A of more than 3.5 right now and be maintaining it till graduation so I feel I will fit for the job you are offering.

Being from a well-educated family has already help me understand to greet guest. Also, I will be handling customers luggage and if they have any problem then I will help them solve it in professional manner. As a Front desk agent, I will mostly be working on front desk and make sure if everything is correct. I will try to collaborate with my coworkers and my team as much as possible and work with them in proper manner. Lastly, I will make sure to ensure outstanding guest accommodation and customer service while maximizing front desk with effective manner.

Using a Myers brings test I found out that I have an INFP personality type. I am always increased to grow more and more. Also, the most important thing that company always looks is loyalty and I am always loyal when it comes to work. Being an accounting major, I know how to use QuickBooks, excel and Microsoft office and certified in excel. First thing that customer look while they book a room is how clean is the hotel? and how Is the customer service? Working 4 years in a family hotel business and as a cashier I can make sure that they get everything they need. Also being an student I have learn to manage time properly.

As already working in hotel as a front desk receptionist I think this role will perfectly match me. Also as described in the Resume I can speak Spanish little bit which will help to communicate with Hispanic customer too. I believe I will swiftly surpass your expectation in this role.
