Favorite snack food

Anyone who is an inexperienced person of cooking can make this sandwich within a limited time, that can fulfill appetite as well, or any other person who is hungry can have it as it will surely fulfill its hunger. For preparing this sandwich, there is no need to be a professional chef, and anyone can make it within minutes if all the ingredients are present. The list of ingredients is mentioned below that is used in this delicious sandwich preparation:

• Multigrain sandwich bread

• Bologna

• Ham

• Swiss cheese

• Tomatoes

• Lettuce

• Green olives

Below mentioned is the list of steps that must be followed in a sequential way for the preparation of this Sandwich.

Step 1:

First, lay down the piece of multigrain bread on a plate.

Step 2:

Secondly, take the slice of bologna. Fold the slice and put it in a layered foam over the piece of bread (Tamasin Noyes, 2012).

Step 3:

Thirdly, take the slice of ham as the slice of bologna. Fold the slice of ham and put it over the bologna.

Step 4:

Fourthly: cut the slice of cheese into two halves and put it over the meat.

Step 5:

Fifthly: take the several pieces of lettuce as much as you like, but normally one piece of lettuce is enough for one sandwich. Place this piece of lettuce over the cheese slice.

Step 6:

Sixthly, cut the two slices of tomato and put it over the leave of lettuce (Tamasin Noyes, 2012).

Step 7:

Seventhly, put the piece of bread over the tomato and cut the bread diagonally.

Step 8:

Lastly, add olives over this sandwich and spear two pimento olives with two toothpicks and stick each of the olives with a toothpick over each triangle of the sandwich.

Let me show you the picture of the sandwich of how it looks like it is ready to eat.

From the picture of the sandwich, the different layer of meat, tomatoes, and lettuce that is placed under it is clearly visible. This makes this sandwich a delicious one.

The preparation of this sandwich followed simple steps that even a school going child could prepare it, and it is a healthy choice to eat such a sandwich rather than choose fast food to eat. It is important that children must be taught such ways of healthy eating that will promote good things in them. When they learn to prepare such things and find them tasty as well, then the will not prefer fast food over it. Therefore, the steps that are mentioned in this document are kept simple so that anyone can follow it easily and made it in a few minutes.

Before the preparation of such a sandwich, it is important that all the ingredients that are used in this sandwich are present in the kitchen. If they are not available, then one should know how to buy it from a nearby grocery shop. By teaching the children such ways of buying and preparing such meals to create a sense of responsibility and confidence in them, they are not capable of doing things by themselves, and they do not need the assistance of anyone. It will make them self-sufficient, and they will be able to take care of their loved ones and younger one. Thus, this kind of small meal preparation practices is important for children.
