Riordan Manufacturing has accepted

the proposal

.

The

proposal was delivered

last Tuesday.

Since that time, I have spoken with

Kenneth Collins

,

Senior

Vice

President, Research and Development

,

of Riordan Manufacturing, who informed me this morning of

his intent to accept our proposal.

Although Riordan Manufacturing reviewed proposals from several other

consulting agencies, he felt that our proposal offered Ri

ordan the best possible services

at the best

possible prices. O

nce again, congratulations to everyone who played a role in helping us secure this

contract

.

We will begin the first phase of our review and evaluation process on Monday of next week, as we wi

ll

require a few days to make preparations

for the beginning phases of this project

. I

n the meantime,

we will

have

a small

victory

celebration in the second

floor break room tomorrow from 11:30 a.m. to 1:

This proposal was one of the more complex proposals Lunsford Environmental has developed in the

recent past, so I’m pleased to inform you that Riordan Manufacturing has accepted the proposal.

The proposal was delivered last Tuesday. Since that time, I have spoken with Kenneth Collins, Senior

Vice President, Research and Development, of Riordan Manufacturing, who informed me this morning of
