Different departments will need to be created and the hiring of a clinical and non-clinical staff. The facility will need to hire 10 register nurses, 15 licensed practical nurse, 40 certified nurse assistant, 1 MDS nurse, 1 receptionist, 5 house keepers, 1 maintenance, 2 cooks and 4 dietary aides, 1 social worker, 2 recreational therapist, 6 physical therapists, 2 physical therapist assistants, 3 occupational therapists, 2 certified occupational therapist assistants, 2 speech therapists, 1 business office manager, 1 secretary, 1 director of nursing, 1 administrator, 2 medical records personnel, and 1 admissions person.
