Project One
Introduction: Describe the purpose of your memo and the plan to address the scenario in 1 to 3 sentences.
This purpose of this memo is to help reach different audiences with the intent to bring about their empathy to obtain donations to the nonprofit organizations. Empathy is the ability to feel or share the feelings that someone else is feeling. By provoking their empathy, they will want to make donations.
Conclusions: Describe your findings in an executive summary of 4 to 6 sentences. Include the following in your conclusions:
The main points you want to convey to your audience Rationale for your points in the form of data summaries
The reason for this memo was to help non-profit organizations obtain donations from different working class based on their empathy scores. The data used showed that middle class society members had the highest empathy, therefor this group is best to target. Not only do they have an increase in empathy but also have the financial means to donate. Unfortunately, the data showed that upper class has the least empathy towards others even though they have the financial means to help others. The data provided is promising because although empathy varies it exist among all social classes and we should focus on the ones with the most means and empathy.
Discussion:
Main Analysis: Describe the summary statistics and frequency distributions, taking into account the scale of measurement for your data. Refer to the graphs you created. Your main analysis section should be about 2 to 5 sentences.
The empathy averages ratings show that all social classes were fairly close regarding empathy. The data shows that the middle and working class had the highest empathy rate while the upper and lower had the lowest empathy average. We must also take into consideration that the number of participants from each social class varied.
Graph One: Create a graphical representation of the qualitative (nominal and often ordinal) data to support your main analysis. Ensure your graph meets the following criteria:
You include a narrative to introduce your graph into your memo. Your graph is accurate and objective. Your graph appropriately represents the data. You use the appropriate type of graph for the data. Your graph is labeled appropriately.

Graph Two: Create a graphical representation of the quantitative (interval and/or ratio) data to support your main analysis. Ensure your graph meets the following criteria:
You include a narrative to introduce your graph into your memo. Your graph is accurate and objective. Your graph appropriately represents the data. You use the appropriate type of graph for the data. Your graph is labeled appropriately.

Recommendations: Describe the actions you believe your audience should take in 2 to 5 sentences.
I would recommend that we target the upper class more since they their empathy score is similar to the middle class. The upper class have the means to be able to donate to the organization The data I evaluated data tells us that the empathy is there and therefore are more than likely willing to donate like the other social classes.
Limitations: Describe the limitations of both your data and your summaries in 1 to 3 sentences.
The limitations in the date presented is that out of 600 participants 45 were lower class, 300 were working class, 293 middle class and 23 of the were high class. The numbers vary significantly. In order to get a more accuracy the numbers of the audience should all be similar for a better recommendation.
