Economic factors affect the raw materials needed within company operations such as cost of oil. Other factors include inflation rate, wage rate, and cost of living. The position and current economy trend i.e. growing, stagnant or declining. The exchange rates fluctuations and its relationship with company.
Cultural:
Jollibee has a very good understanding of the Filipino culture and taste. Increasing the awareness of fast food on health. More companies are offering healthier selections. Industry been criticized by targeting young children in advertising and marketing. There is a change in population growth rate and age factors, and its impacts on organization.
Technological:
Technology plays a key role in the growth of the company JFC embracing the importance of keeping up with changes in business computing and technology. The technology investment is very important to the company because of the competition taking place in the industry. The technological environment is above average compensations and benefits among staff. It has innovative products and modern and up-to date machineries. Access of competitors to the new technologies and its impact on their product development/better services.
Action Programs
Jollibee mobile trucks are not only sought out for their affordability but as well for their nostalgia; and their popularity continues to rise. In recent years, the food truck resurgence was fueled by a combination of post-recessionary factors. The action plan for Jollibee would be purchase 3 food trucks for each Jollibee restaurant lines. The food trucks will be present in City’s Major such as concerts/ball games.
