You stated that the email we sent containing your commercial video file was incomplete. Our editors have the completed files, and it shows that there was a server glitch when rendering the H. N. Technical College commercial. This caused the file sent to you to be only half rendered, though the video you requested is complete. The editors will be alerted to re-render and recheck it thoroughly. Vibrant Video Production Company’s staff always treats each client’s products like a unique work of art.

Unfortunately, the final edit cannot be sent by the date you requested in your initial email. Our computer systems are filled, as we are editing and rendering other project files for clients. We will have a newly rendered video file sent to you in the next 3-4 business days.
